Do you Handle Shipping?

Yes, we ship free within Metro-Manila area & anywhere in the country with an additional cost.
Option 1: We can ship directly to your list of Giftees
Option 2: Bulk shipment of your boxes to the location of your choice

Wondering when your gift will arrive?
​
Your first gift box ships within 4 weeks. Then all future boxes get shipped at the same time – on or around the 4th week of the month – and it should end up at your door by the first week of the month. You will be updated of delivery status.

Damaged gift delivery?
​
To return a damaged product, please contact we@wittygifty.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Is there a contract?
Definitely yes! You’re free to skip or cancel anytime. Just keep in mind that if you're on a 6- or 12-month plan, you're committed to that full period. But feel free to skip any months during your term and will be carry over next month, no problem!

By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription gift plan fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.

Any introductory discount applied on the 6 month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 6 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.

Any introductory discount applied on the 12 month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 12 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you're on a month-to-month subscription you can cancel anytime. For 6- or 12-month gift plans, we ask that you stay for the full commitment. If you do need to cancel early, you’ll just need to pay back the due amount on your commitment term before you can cancel the gift plan.

Refund policy
​
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since our cut off date of the 14th of the month, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not accept returns on boxes and mailers due to change of mind. Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you have contacted us within three days of cut-off, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
​
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at we@wittygifty.com

Exchanges
​
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at we@wittygifty.com. Please note we may not be able to get the exact same item. In the case of this, we will offer a refund to the price of the item or send you an equivalent item.
